Opportunities at the CEC

>Charity Events and parties (check our Facebook page to keep up to date with what's on)

> Maryfield Social Club – Tuesday's 7-9pm for young people 18 – 30 years of age (booking necessary).

> Walking Group* – Just £2 for our guided and group walks around the local area accessible for all. Plus a cuppa and snack back at our café, helping young people to socialise with their peers. Available weekly on Wednesdays and departing from the CEC at 10:00 sharp (booking necessary).

> Wednesday's Pit Stop – Access to activities and space for young people in receipt of 1:1 direct payment support. Here you can bring your young person along to somewhere warm and friendly, where you can take part in activities for just £5. Available between 17:00 – 18:30 (booking necessary).

> Craft-Tea Evenings – Short courses on a Thursday from 6-8pm a community opportunity that is made accessible for young people with a disability 16+ to attend with their own support staff (booking necessary).

> Café - Every Friday from 10:00 – 13:00 serving hot drinks, cakes as well as affordable hot meals. You are most welcome to drop in.

> Sensory Room Hire – a small sensory room available to book for 30 minutes slots and at only £2. We have rotating projector, scent diffuser as well as optic lights and interactive light games, all in a safe and secure padded environment.

> Room Hire – Need a venue for a meeting, event or party give us a call (or follow the link to email) with rooms available from as little as £8 per hour.
